Terms of Service

1. At least 50% of the Payment must be paid to reserve a slot. (First pay, First serve)2. Working time is 3 - 7 days (some artworks may take up to 14 days or more)3. We will update you throughout the process for any minor revisions4. Major revisions will not be accepted once the sketch has been approved by the client. But you may request for small changes.5. Refunds are accepted If I haven't started on the artwork.• If the artwork is already in progress (Sketch/Line art), I can only give 50% refund.• If the artwork is already complete, you are not entitled for a refund anymore.6. Finished artworks will be available in my google drive (JPG and PDF format.) (The link will be sent to you through direct message.)

7. Send the reference photos of your characters and the art style you'd like me to use.For specifics, you may send the following:• Your character/s
• Pose reference for your characters
• Lighting reference
